Ian Blucher is a geologist of over 40 years’ experience with a strong background in processes and procedures from start-up mining activities to responsibility for the development and implementation of geological, geotechnical processes. He has previously held senior mining and exploration positions with companies including Normandy Poseidon Group, Great Central Mines NL and Jabiru Metals Ltd. Mr Blucher's roles have included review of ore reserve modelling, the preparation of foreign estimates for use in project evaluation and the co-ordination and implementation of inputs to scoping studies and feasibility studies.

Dr. Chris Bowden is a geologist with 20 years’ experience, focused on discovering and delivering JORC/NI 43-101 compliant mineral resources. He has held senior roles for successful private and public exploration and mining companies operating throughout Africa and Australasia. Key discovery highlights: advancing Asiatic Gold’s portfolio in South Korea (acquired by Southern Gold), the maiden discovery of Dish Mountain Gold Deposit in Ethiopia (ca. 2Moz Au), reconnaissance in East Asia for Ivanhoe Mines team including initial delineation of the Kharmagtai porphyry copper-gold project in Mongolia and the discovery of the now producing Eunsan and Moisan gold mines in South Korea (PhD studies).

Dan Hill has over 15 years’ experience in finance. With a background in accounting practice, he has also held finance roles at Diageo PLC, Hess Oil & Gas Inc and Grosvenor Estates. Mr Hill also currently serves as Company Secretary on LBT Innovations Ltd (ASX: LBT) and is a director of a number of private companies.
Justin Gum has over 25 years’ experience in the mineral exploration industry. He has spent time working both in the public and private sectors, mainly in the Northern Territory and South Australia. He has focused on orogenic gold and magmatic sulphide mineralisation. In the early 1990’s he lead the exploration team that discovered the world class Callie Gold Mine in the Tanami, Northern Territory. He completed a PhD on SEDEX mineralisation in the Kanmantoo Group of South Australia. Recently, as Exploration Manager, he contributed to the successful floating of Musgrave Minerals on the ASX (2011). Currently he is working as Principal Geologist for Southern Gold in the Bulong Complex of the Eastern Goldfields, Western Australia.

Joseph Lee has over 12 years’ experience in resources sector corporate finance and ECM, spanning IPO’s, capital raisings, M&A, asset divestments & acquisitions, investor relations and corporate restructuring. His experience includes directorships in a Korean government supported Mongolian gold-copper exploration company with assets in the South Gobi, Mongolian trade and business consultancy. Additionally, Mr. Lee is partner in Hong Kong based mining and agribusiness focused private equity fund. He holds a Bachelors of Applied Finance and a post-graduate degree in Law from Macquarie University Australia.

Ray Ridge is a chartered accountant with over 20 years accounting experience; he has held senior management positions in finance, compliance and commerce across a range of industries. He is currently CFO and Company Secretary for dual ASX- and AIM-listed Thor Mining PLC as well as CFO for ASX-listed Southern Gold Ltd. Mr. Ridge has broad corporate experience including previous appointments as General Manager Commercial & Operations with the Utilities, Government and Power Business Group of Parsons Brinckerhoff, CFO of the Merchandise Division of Elders Ltd and Senior Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen.
